Custom applications & web

We build software around your work—not the other way around.

we develop apps that work the way you do

We are a small, focused team that designs and builds custom applications and websites for real people and real workflows. No bloated off-the-shelf product that forces you to change how you operate. We start from how you actually work, then design tools that feel natural, fast, and maintainable.

That usually means: listening carefully, mapping your process, then shipping a solution you can own—clear UX, solid engineering, and documentation you can use when you grow.

How we work

Discovery

We ask the right questions, walk through your day-to-day, and turn fuzzy goals into a clear scope you can sign off on.

Build & ship

We iterate in short loops: working software early, your feedback often, and nothing hidden in a black box.

Support you can rely on

After launch we stay available for fixes, improvements, and the inevitable “can it also…” moments.

What we build

We take on projects end-to-end—from first sketch to live product— and we are happy to start small and grow with you.

Automation & smart helpers (without the jargon)

A lot of small businesses lose hours to the same few chores: typing the same information twice, moving files or figures between systems, or answering the same type of email over and over. Automation means the computer takes care of those steps reliably, the same way, every time—so you and your team can focus on customers, service, and decisions.

Everyday automation

Think of it as a careful assistant that never gets tired. When this happens—someone books online, a form is submitted, or a payment lands—a rule you agree to can file the data, update a sheet, email the right person, or nudge a task in your list. Nothing fancy on the outside: the win is less copying and less “did anyone deal with that yet?” We design flows you can understand and, when needed, change without a computer science background.

When “AI” is useful

AI (artificial intelligence) in business usually does not mean robots replacing people. In practice, it is software that can read, sort, summarise, or draft in ordinary language from examples you set—handling a first pass on long emails, tagging enquiries, suggesting replies for you to edit, or finding patterns in text you have already said you are allowed to use. We are careful: you decide what is good enough to send, what stays private, and where a human should always have the last word. No black boxes you cannot question, and no mystery charges hidden in a monthly bill you did not plan for.

If you can describe a pain in plain English—“I spend Friday afternoons moving these numbers from here to there”—we can help you see whether a simple fix, a joined-up process, or a one-off smart tool is the right next step, and how much it might take before you commit to anything.

Who we work with

We partner best with small and mid-sized businesses, founders, and in-house teams who are ready to invest in a solution that matches how they work—not a generic package stretched to fit.

You might be replacing a maze of spreadsheets, modernising a legacy form process, or launching a new product line that needs a credible web presence. If you can describe the outcome you want, we can help shape the right scope and a sensible path to get there.

How we think about “done”

Good software is maintainable, understandable, and honest about what it does. We avoid mystery cleverness: you should know what you are buying, how it will be hosted, and what to expect when requirements change a year from now.

We pick boring-by-default, proven tools where we can, and we only add complexity when it directly serves your users or your operations.

Charities & non-profits

We care about supporting the charity sector, and we regularly take on work for registered charities and other qualifying non-profits at cost— not at commercial rates. You pay to cover the real costs of the project and hosting, but we are not in it to profit from your mission. Capacity is limited, and every engagement still needs a clear brief and a timeline we can commit to—get in touch and we will be honest about whether it is a fit.
